Does what it says on the tin. It's a backstreet cheap hotel, ignore the bad reviews it's fine.

We went for Three nights, Before booking there were so many bad reviews about this stay. But In reality, It was decent at this price as compared to other properties In Edinburgh. The washroom, the bed sheets everything was cleaned and arranged nicely. It was just a quite Environment but Overall I was happy with the properties.

The room was fine, it was really good value for money in Edinburgh, where other hotels are more expensive.

It was in a good location. We stayed in number 26 on the ground floor. The original sash windows with shutters are gorgeous. For the price we paid for one night I couldn’t complain. A bit worn down but for a comfortable bed, bathroom and tv it was a good base.
